Getting to Hotel
Drive there. That’s the simplest and best way to get to Home Inn and Suites. In Germantown/Southeast Memphis, this place has an awesome location with great highway access just off Hacks Cross Road exit from TN-385 / Bill Morris Parkway, which connects directly and fast onto I-240 loop around the city so it becomes an easy spot for anyone driving into Memphis. They have loads of free onsite parking—a valuable simple amenity for everyone.
Travelers by air find Memphis International Airport (MEM) relatively convenient, about 20-25 minutes from the hotel. The best way to get here is just to pick up a car at the airport. Return it when you leave; you'll need it anyway to explore all of this city's spread-out attractions. Or, just hop into an Uber or Lyft ride-within minutes of getting off your plane, traditional taxis are readily available also for your direct transfer to the hotel.
This suburban hotel is not realistically accessible by public transportation. Though Memphis does have the MATA bus system, routes to this area are both infrequent and slow, plus there is no direct bus from the airport that goes here. The Amtrak train station is downtown also a good 25-30 minute drive away, again necessitating a taxi for the last leg of your journey. A personal or rental car is not just the best way but truly the only recommended way to travel to and from Home Inn and Suites.
